Eligibility for Return

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The fabric must be unwashed, unstitched, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.

How to Request a Return

Contact us via WhatsApp at 0319-4327821 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order details and a photo of the issue.

Refund / Replacement

• Replacement: We will replace the item with the same product at no extra cost.
• Refund: If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your bank account or JazzCash / EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fabrics, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery. We recommend checking product images and descriptions carefully before ordering.
